Vendor Instructions

Friday, July 9:

• Food Vendor Setup: Vendors can begin setting up at 12:00 PM and must be fully set up by 4:30 PM. A Watercade official will direct you to your assigned location. You will be admitted in the order of arrival, and no special accommodations will be made.

• Placement: If you attended in 2026, you will be lined up similarly in an L-shape around the edge of the park to create more space for walkways and attendees.

Saturday, July 10:

• Art in the Park (Central Park): Event runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Food Vendor Setup: Vendors may start setting up at 6:00 AM and must be fully set up by 8:00 AM.

• Food Truck Parking: Parking for food trucks will be available on the east end of 4th Street and  Marshall Ave, which have been specifically closed off for food trucks. You will be parked in the order of arrival, and no special accommodations will be made. A parking map will be emailed by late June.

Important Reminders:

• Generators: You MUST bring a generator if your stand requires power.

• Early Set-Up/Trailer Dropping: Early setup or dropping off trailers will not be allowed. Any stands or vehicles on the premises before the listed setup times will be towed at the owner’s expense.
